1. Provider and scope
This policy covers software, digital product development, design, brand, consulting, project-management, subscription and similar services supplied by Caliper Yazılım Çözümleri Anonim Şirketi (“Caliper”). 2. Electronic delivery
No physical goods are shipped as a rule. Delivery may consist of portal access, a digital file or report, an online session, software access, approval of a project milestone or another electronic method stated in the transaction-specific proposal or agreement.
3. Pre-payment information
Scope, core characteristics, total price including taxes, payment plan, commencement, delivery schedule and any special cancellation/refund terms are shown before payment in the proposal, pre-information, pro forma/payment detail or service agreement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Cancellation and delivery
Send cancellation requests with the payment or project reference to info@caliperiq.com. A service normally starts after required client information/approvals and payment verification. If work has started, completed and delivered milestones and pre-approved non-recoverable third-party costs may be considered when calculating any unperformed balance, subject to mandatory law.
5. Consumer withdrawal
A person acting as a consumer under Turkish Law No. 6502 may withdraw from a distance service contract within fourteen days from formation without reason or penalty by sending notice through email or another permitted durable medium. Exceptions, including qualifying instantly performed electronic services, apply only when all statutory information and consent conditions are satisfied. Business or professional purchases are governed by the specific commercial agreement and this policy.
6. Refund method and timing
An approved refund is made through a method compatible with the original payment instrument without charging the consumer. Where consumer law requires, Caliper initiates the refund no later than fourteen days after receiving a valid notice. According to iyzico's general guidance, card reflection commonly takes 1–3 business days for credit cards and 7–14 business days for debit cards; the issuing bank controls the final timing.
7. Service issues and records
Report an allegedly incomplete or defective service with the relevant delivery or milestone. Re-performance, correction, price reduction, partial refund or termination is assessed under the specific agreement and mandatory law. A payment refund does not automatically cancel an issued invoice; accounting documents are handled separately under applicable rules.
